Pre ordering merchandise ensures that you will get first opportunity to obtain merchandise. This is especially helpful if the merchandise is limited.
You can conveniently submit preorders via a submission form on the product page for each item. A pre populated order form will appear on the product page only for logged in users. Logged in users will see a Preorder form on the right of the product page as shown here:
An email confirming your preorders will be sent to you. Alternatively, you can always email us any preorders.
The estimated arrival date is only an estimate and many factors may affect the arrival date. Please Contact us for more information.
Depending on your terms, a preorder will require a deposit of 30%. After we receive your preorder, we will send a payment link for a deposit of 30%. Your preorders are not secured until payment is received. Failure to pay by the cut off date will result in your preorder to be cancelled.
Pre ordered merchandise may sometimes be cancelled by the manufacturer. Under these circumstances, your deposit will be applied to current preorders and / or future preorders.
When the merchandise arrives to our warehouse, we will notify you and send a balance due payment link. Your order will be shipped and billed at your current pay terms. We will always contact you before we ship.
